Dr. Hanlie Cheng graduated from China University of Geosciences (Beijing) and served as the chief engineer of COSL-EXPRO Testing Services (Tianjin) Co., Ltd. In recent years, he has been engaged in research on marine resource development, offshore oil and gas geology, and energy exploration.
